Developmental Disability Services

Our Residential Services provide safe, supportive living environments for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities within a group home setting. Day Support Services offer structured programs and activities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities typically in a daycare setting. These services focus on skill development, social interaction, and community engagement, providing individuals with opportunities to learn, grow, and participate in meaningful activities tailored to their interests and abilities. 

The Aged and Disabled (A&D) Waiver Services program supports elderly individuals and adults with disabilities to remain in their homes or communities instead of moving to institutional care. It offers personalized services such as personal care assistance, homemaker services, adult day care, transportation assistance, and case management, aiming to enhance participants' quality of life, promote independence, and prevent institutionalization 

Community Inclusion services aim to integrate adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities into their communities. We focus on promoting social participation, building meaningful relationships, and enhancing life skills. Through personalized support, we help individuals engage in community activities, pursue interests, and achieve greater independence, fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment. 

Shared Living Services provide individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities the opportunity to live in a family-like environment within a private home. In this arrangement, individuals reside with a carefully selected host family or caregiver who provides ongoing support, guidance, and companionship. Shared Living promotes independence, community integration, and meaningful relationships, offering a supportive and nurturing living arrangement tailored to the individual's needs and preferences. 

Consultative Assessment services provide expert evaluations to identify the unique needs and strengths of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our professionals conduct thorough assessments to develop personalized support plans, ensuring optimal care and development. These assessments guide interventions, enhance quality of life, and promote overall well-being. 

Support Family Services offer assistance and resources to families caring for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities directly within the individual's home. These services include guidance, advocacy, and practical support tailored to meet the specific needs of both the individual and their family. Support may include assistance with daily activities, behavior management strategies, respite care, and coordination of services. By providing support within the familiar environment of the individual's home, these services aim to strengthen family bonds, enhance quality of life, and promote the overall well-being of everyone involved.
